On-site estimate

We walk the property, take measurements and talk through what you actually want. Fixed quote by email the same day.

Schedule and prep

You pick a start date. We handle permits, locates and material delivery so the crew arrives ready to work.

Build and hand over

Crew on site until it is finished, site cleaned each evening, and a walkthrough before the final invoice.

Before you call

How soon can you come out for an estimate?
Usually within 48 hours. We measure on site, talk through options and email a fixed quote the same day — no deposit to book.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. $5M liability plus WSIB coverage on every crew member. We send the certificates with the quote so you have them on file.
Do you handle the permits for hardscaping?
For anything that needs one, yes. Retaining walls over a metre and most front-yard work require approval, and we file it as part of the job.
What happens if something dies?
Plants and sod carry a one-season guarantee, and workmanship is covered for five years. If it fails, we replace it.
Do you do maintenance after the build?
Most clients move onto a seasonal plan once the build is finished. It is optional and month-to-month.
