Renovations done
properly, room by room.

Kitchens, bathrooms, basements and whole homes. We quote clearly, do most of the work with our own crews, and treat the small details as the part that decides whether a renovation looks right in five years.

  • Licensed & insured, incl. WSIB
  • Clear, written quotes
  • Most work done in-house

What we do

One room, or the whole house

Residential renovation from planning and design through permits, construction and finishing — plus the commercial and small-job work most contractors turn down.

Kitchen Renovation

The most complicated room in the house and the most expensive to get wrong. Layout, cabinetry, plumbing and electrical planned together before demolition starts.

Bathroom Renovation

Tile, fixtures and finishes chosen to your taste rather than whatever the supplier is clearing. Waterproofing done properly behind all of it.

Basement Renovation

Unused space turned into a real part of the house — with the moisture, headroom and egress questions answered before the framing goes up.

Complete Home Renovation

A to Z projects: planning, design, permits, waterproofing and the full build, run as one job with one point of contact.

Flooring & Tile

Hardwood, engineered, tile and stone — laid on a properly prepared subfloor, which is where most flooring complaints actually begin.

Office & Commercial

Office and commercial space fit-outs, scheduled around your operating hours where the lease or the business needs it.

Small jobs too. Our fix-it-up service covers the work that's too small for most contractors to bother quoting — and it's often how people meet us before a bigger project.

Our approach

Real value, not the cheapest number on the page

Anyone can win a job by quoting low and finding the money later in change orders. We'd rather the first number be the honest one.

  • 1
    Clear and honest quotes

Written, itemised, and explained. You'll know what's included and, just as importantly, what isn't.

  • 2
    Most work done in-house

Our own crews handle the bulk of the build instead of a rotating cast of subs, which is what keeps quality and pricing consistent.

  • 3
    Supplier relationships passed on

Years of buying from the same suppliers earns discounts. Those go into your project rather than our margin.

  • 4
    Built to your taste

We attend to what you actually want rather than offering whatever's mainstream this year — it's your house, and you're the one living in it.

In home renovations, even the smallest detail counts. It's the detail work that separates a renovation that still looks right in five years from one that doesn't.

How it works

Four stages, no surprises

Consultation

We see the space, talk through what you want and what it realistically costs, and tell you straight if the budget and the plan don't match.

Quote & plan

A written, itemised quote with materials specified. Permits and design handled by us where the job needs them.

Build

Our crews on site, the space protected, and the house cleaned down at the end of each day — you're usually still living in it.

Walkthrough

We go through the finished work together and fix the deficiency list before the final invoice, not after it.

Fully licensed and insured, including WSIB

So you can feel safe about who's in your house and who's liable if something goes wrong. Certificates are available on request — ask and we'll send them before the first site visit.

Planning ahead

Book the quote before you need the work

Kitchens and whole-home projects need lead time for materials, permits and scheduling. Getting the quote done early costs nothing and means the job starts when you want it to — not whenever the calendar next opens up.

Questions

Before you call

Is the quote free, and is it binding?
The quote and the consultation are free. The number is written and itemised against a defined scope, and it holds unless you change the scope or something genuinely unexpected turns up once a wall is open — in which case you approve the change before we carry on.
Do you handle permits and design?
Yes, on projects that need them. Complete home renovations are run A to Z — planning, design, permits, waterproofing and construction — so you're not coordinating three companies who each blame the other two.
Can I stay in the house during the work?
For a single bathroom, kitchen or basement, usually yes, and most of our clients do. We seal off the work area, protect the routes through the house, and clean down at the end of each day. For a full gut renovation we'll be honest that living there is difficult and help you plan around it.
How long does a renovation take?
A bathroom is typically two to four weeks, a kitchen four to eight depending on cabinetry lead times, a basement six to ten, and a complete home renovation runs several months. Material lead times move more than the labour does, which is why ordering early matters.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. The fix-it-up service exists for exactly that — the jobs too small for most contractors to quote. Plenty of our larger projects started as somebody calling about one small thing.
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully licensed and insured, including WSIB coverage, so you're protected on liability and on anyone working in your home. Certificates come on request — ask and we'll email them before the first visit.
