What we do

Every exterior surface, one crew

Stucco is what we're known for, but we finish the whole envelope so there's nobody else to coordinate.

Full Stucco Exteriors

Acrylic and traditional systems over a properly detailed base, so it moves with the house instead of cracking.

Repairs & Patching

Cracks, blown sections and failed caulking made good and colour-matched so the repair doesn't announce itself.

Siding Replacement

Vinyl, board and batten or engineered wood, with the housewrap and flashing corrected while the wall is open.

Stone Veneer

Natural and manufactured stone on columns, skirts and full elevations. Dry-laid samples on site before we commit.

Parging & Foundation

Exposed foundation resurfaced and sealed, which is usually what's letting the damp in behind the finish.

Soffit, Fascia & Eaves

The parts nobody photographs but everybody notices when they fail. Replaced while the scaffold is already up.

Schedule and prep

You pick a start date. We handle scaffold, materials and protection so the crew arrives ready to work.

Build and hand over

Same crew until it's finished, site cleared each evening, and a walkthrough before the final invoice.

Before you call

How soon can you come out for an estimate?
Usually within 48 hours. We measure the elevation, check what's behind the existing finish and email a fixed quote the same day. No deposit to book.
Can you stucco over what's already there?
Sometimes, but only after we've checked the substrate. If the wrap or flashing underneath has failed, going over it just hides the problem for a season. We'll tell you which case you're in before quoting.
Will the repair match the existing finish?
We colour and texture match on site and show you a sample panel before applying. On older finishes that have weathered, a full elevation is sometimes the only way to get a true match — we'll say so rather than surprise you.
How long does a full exterior take?
A typical detached home runs one to two weeks depending on square footage, detailing and weather. Stucco needs dry days above a certain temperature, so autumn jobs get scheduled with some slack built in.
Are you insured, and is there a warranty?
Liability and WSIB coverage on every crew member — certificates come with the quote. Workmanship is covered in writing, separate from the manufacturer's warranty on the material itself.
