What we do
Residential landscape work at every scale, from a single walkway to a whole property redesigned around a new pool.

Flagstone, interlock and pavers laid on a base built for our frost cycles, so the surface still sits flat a decade later.
Natural stone and engineered walls that hold a grade properly, turning an awkward slope into usable ground.
Ponds, streams and waterfalls built into the grade so they read as part of the property rather than something dropped on top of it.
The whole envelope around a new pool — decking, coping, screening and planting — coordinated with your pool builder's schedule.
Old pool removed, the void engineered and compacted properly, and the yard rebuilt as usable lawn or garden.
Design & build
Most landscape projects go wrong in the handoffs — designer to contractor, contractor to nursery. We removed the handoffs.
A proper plan with grades, materials and planting worked out, so you can see the finished yard before committing to it.
Our own crews do the excavation, the stonework and the planting. Nothing gets subbed out to whoever was available that week.
A good share of the plant material comes off our own nursery, so we know how it was grown and how it will establish here.
Why it matters
When the design, the build and the plants come from one firm, there's no argument about whose fault the settling patio is. One contract, one crew, one number to call — which is how this has worked since the 1960s.

Trees, shrubs and perennials selected for York Region conditions rather than shipped in from a milder zone and left to struggle. A sample of what's on the ground:
How it works
We walk the property, take levels, and talk through how you actually use the space and what the budget realistically covers.
A drawn plan with materials and planting specified, revised with you until it's right. Changes on paper cost nothing.
Excavation, grading, hardscape then planting, in that order, by our own crews. Site cleared at the end of each stage.
We go through the finished work together, and you get straight answers on watering and care for everything we planted.

The best time to design is the season before you build. Book a site visit over the winter and the work is scheduled, priced and ready to start as soon as the ground opens up — rather than joining the queue in May with everyone else.
